Since the late Apple CEO Steve Jobs introduced the world’s first iPhone in 2007, this year may be the first time that iPhone sales have experienced a serious slowdown. The Tech-giant has had to decrease the price of iPhone XR, iPhone XS, and iPhone XS Max globally through trade-in.
Lately, multiple reports on the slowdown on iPhone sales had led Apple’s share price dropped to some extent, and even almost lost the title of the most valuable company. Probably to appease investor confidence, Greg Joswiak, Senior Vice President of Apple’s Product Marketing, sat down for an interview with CNET and made the claim that the iPhone XR has been Apple’s best-selling iPhone every day since its launch.
As scheduled, Apple officially released the watchOS 5.0.1 system update today, just 10 days before the release of watchOS 5. Users can update the system for their watches in the Apple Watch app on the iPhone, and they need to have at least 50% of the battery and they need to be placed on the charger.

Ever since the iPhone Xs marketing image was leaked, people went crazy about its naming scheme, some say the 6.5-inch OLED model would be called iPhone Xs Plus or iPhone Xs Pro. However, according to 9to5mac’s sources, Apple may refer to the 6.5-inch OLED iPhone as the iPhone Xs Max. This means that this year’s two OLED iPhones will be called iPhone Xs and iPhone Xs Max.
Apple today released the Firmware Update 7.8 for the 802.11n AirPort Express models, bringing AirPlay 2 support to the wireless router devices. AirPort Express users can download and install the latest firmware via the AirPort Utility app on their iOS device.
