With Apple’s September special event keynote quickly approaching, many people are speculating what Apple may introduce alongside the newest iPhone models. According to code found in an internal build of iOS 13, Apple may be gearing up to launch a spec-bump for its Apple TV streaming box as soon as next week. Here’s everything you need to know.

A tweet by Twitter user @never_released, who has a track record of accurately predicting Apple hardware, claims that code found in an internal build of iOS 13 may be an upcoming Apple TV. The new model features an Apple TV11,1 identifier and a codename of J305.

The tweet also added that Apple is increasing the power of the Apple TV with an A12 Bionic processor. The current 4K Apple TV is powered by an A10. MacRumors noted that it will be an A12 chip and not an A12X chip.

To be clear, none of these reports show that it will make an appearance next week. But, we fully expect Apple to speak about Apple TV Plus and Arcade at the event, two services that will be coming to Apple TV.
