In a set of images tweeted out by reputable leaker Ben Geskin, Apple employees have begun receiving their Apple Cards ahead of the public release later this summer. Here’s everything we know so far.
In his tweet, Geskin says “Some Apple employees are getting Apple Card, so I received these photos, edited the name to protect the source and this also works as a watermark.”
Geskin points out that pairing the Apple Card to an iPhone works similar to pairing AirPods. On the packaging, users will find text that says “Wake iPhone and hold here.”
Apple Card will mainly reside on the users iPhone for Apple Pay payments. In the event a location doesn’t support Apple Pay, customers can use the physical titanium card. You can read more about Apple Card by reading our article on it here.
