Apple announces Apple News Plus, brings over 300 Magazines to the Apple News App

The “It’s Showtime” Apple Event is full-swing, and the first announcement of the morning was the introduction of Apple News Plus. Apple has brought over 300 Magazines to Apple News for a small subscription fee. Here’s everything we know so far.

During the “It’s Showtime” Special Event on Monday, Apple introduced an Apple News subscription service called Apple News Plus. The new subscription service brings over 300 magazines into the Apple News App for $9.99 per month.

For $9.99/month you gain access to over 300 magazines including The New YorkerEsquireThe AtlanticMen’s Health, and Vogue. Apple believes this is “the only place” you can find them all at once.

Apple says that Apple News Plus will be available starting today in a new iOS update. Subscribers will receive the first month free, then $9.99/month thereafter.
